All staff are recruited through the organisation recruitment procedure. Additionally, we have an apprentice scheme. Apprentices are offered the opportunity to continue to work in the organisation after completing their qualifications in Health and Social Care. The organisation is registered with Enfield Council to provide work experience for students from local schools.
 
The organisation also supports students from local schools who are studying for their A-Levels with the intention of studying medicine to come and shadow experienced staff.

All staff receive Common Induction Standard training under Skills for Care when they join the organisation, which can be also used as part of their qualifications towards achieving NVQ/QCF. All staff receive continuous training and development and forms part of their contract of employment as compulsory to attend all training organised.

Care Worker

£28,000 - £35,000 a year - Full-time, Permanent

Roland Care Homes is based in North London and provides residential care and supported housing for clients with mental health, substance use and Korsakoff’s dementia. All of our homes achieve and maintain CQC rating “GOOD” consistently overs the years. www.rolandcarehomes.co.uk

We are looking to recruit care workers to our team:
Full training will be provided, including NVQ’s in Care and the opportunity to become Team leaders and registered Managers in our many care homes.

Due to the nature of the work, there is round the clock staffing.

What we offer:
We are offering the successful candidates a competitive salary based on their abilities and progress within the organisation.

You will be provided with further training and support in studying towards Level 5 Leadership Management in Health and Social Care and an opportunity to become a registered manager based on satisfactory performance.
